Telehealth consultations are conducted via video conferencing, internet or telephone. This may include Facetime, Skype, Whatsapp video calls or through Doxy. As long as you have a mobile telephone, a computer or a land line, Dr Banky can perform a telehealth consultation with you.
Both new and existing patients can access telehealth consultations with Dr Banky.
Patients interested in a telehealth consultation will still require an appointment. Please call Dr Banky’s office to determine whether your condition is appropriate for a telehealth consultation.

- If you do not have an appointment and your matter is urgent, then your referring doctor may telephone or fax through an appointment request on your behalf.
- Dr Banky runs a weekly Urgent Clinic that is dedicated to treating urgent/acute cases. information about the Urgent Clinic is available here.
In all cases, Dr Banky’s staff will use their best endeavours to ensure that you are seen by Dr Banky as soon as possible. Patients will always be offered the next available appointments but during busy periods you may need to wait several weeks before you can be seen by Dr Banky.
